NBC Benches Community, Sets Series Finale Date for Chuck

Joel McHale, Community and Debra Playing, Smash NBC will bench Community to produce room for returning comedy 30 Rock on Thursdays, and contains set a premiere date for completely new series The Firm and so are You There, Chelsea? The network also introduced Monday that it's approaching musical drama Smash will debut on Monday, Feb. 6 at 10/9c carrying out a second episode in the Voice. NBC orders The Firm to series Part of a massive Thursday-evening overhaul, The Firm, a TV adaptation in the 1993 Tom Cruise film, will premiere inside a large day and time, Sunday, Jan. 8, before moving to Thursdays at 10/9c beginning Jan. 12. 30 Rock will return within 24 hrs at 8/7c, altering Community, that is benched until later on (NBC notifies The Futon Critic all 22 episodes will air). Chelsea will probably be then Rock Center with John Williams, which will air at 9/8c and moves Harry's Law to Sundays at 8/7c. NBC temporarily stops production on approaching drama Awake Furthermore to premiere dates, NBC introduced the series finale date for Chuck (Friday, Jan. 27) as well as the season finale for Motherhood (Tuesday, Feb. 28). New reality series Fashion Star will need over Parenthood's timeslot on March 13. Furthermore to Community, other shows missing within the list include Prime Suspect which isn't acquired due to its back nine episodes, and midseason series Bent and Awake.
